Best Beaches??

Hi Everyone, I am reading a lot of reviews about islands and resorts etc that sound lovely but the beaches either were smelly or un-swimable due to seaweed.... thoughts and comments greatly appreciated, as location not yet decided. Travel June 14, couple no kids, so prefer to go to a quieter location $600 - $800 per night?

Definitely look at the Yasawa Islands for picture perfect scenery and gorgeous beaches. Its further out, so less touristy. Check the link to the right of the page for resorts in the Yasawas.

For something different you could consider a Captain Cook Cruise. captaincook.com.fj/book-now/… we have done 2 cruises and loved every second.

Look at Navini in particular the south side.

Last time in Fiji took a day trip to Castaway resort and it was ok. You can Google webcam castaway island resort.

You could PM Manaregular and ask her about the beach at Mana. These resorts are all in the Mamanuca's off Nadi.

All the best

There are three beautiful beaches at Mana Island - all very swimable, not smelly and definitely not overrun with seaweed. Look up www.manafiji.com for further information about the resort.
