Depending what you want to spend. Mercure is good value for money, only 10 mins to the Marina we usually stay there and get a taxi to the Marina about 7.15am to beat the coaches and check in early with time for breakfast or a coffee. More upmarket and right near to the Marina are the Terraces.

Or one the resorts at Denarau: Westin, Sheraton, Sofitel, Radisson, etc. Choice of restaurants, can visit other resorts in the area with some shopping.

Raffles Gateway opposite the airport gates. Great pool and waterslide for kids. A bit further from the marina than the other suggestions, but you also don't have to travel far from the airport after landing. Complimentary bus to the Flyer, calls about 7.30am, but we usually get a taxi as "Hooked" suggests, and beat the crowds to the marina.

Bula

You cant beat Raffles Gateway Hotel across the road from air port free airport transfer, good food, good service especially by Ganesh (Fijis fastest waiter) at the bar. 2 pools one with a slide, clean comfortable rooms and all at a reasonable price

Guess it depends on what time your flight arrives as to how much time you will have to use the facilities of the Raffles is great for an early departure from Fiji by air. Most hotels are only 5 to 15 mins from the airport with those on Denarau about 30mins. With the early departure of the Flyer at 8.30am and needing to check in 30mins prior the closer your hotel to the Marina the better.. Free Coaches, they are complimentary with your Yasawa Flyer booking you can opt to use them or not, they depart from all the Nadi hotels but really a taxi is the stress free way to go.

Hey Dave, got to say agreed... Ganesh, absolutely no Fiji time going on with this guy. "You want room service? You just let me know, no extra charge, I've worked here fourteen years... you want wine? I'll bring it to you pronto". What a cool guy, my head was reeling a bit after speaking to him (to him? - with him? - sharing some degree of communication with him while he insisted that he would and could do everything possible to make our night at Raffles as fantastic as possible). While I have no problem with Fiji time in general some folks do but if Ganesh was put in charge of everything, everywhere in Fiji, it would turn up the moment the thought so much as flitted through a persons head.

Great guy, hope he's there on our next visit!
