A 'local' taxi from Nadi to Sigatoka costs $60-00, an airport taxi will be a little more expensive. Shangri-La Resort is just before Sigatoka. Confirm price with driver before embarking on journey. Depending on what time you arrive in Nadi, there are plenty of bus options - local buses or the likes of Coral Sun which run couple of times per day Around $30-00. Local buses would drop you off on the main road, you'd have to walk into the Resort.

All is Fijian dollar , the normal transfer service from nadi to shangri-la is $374 Australian dollar ($600 Fijian dollar), is probely 4 times more than taxi transfer.
