Island hopping?

We're putting together a bike/boat island hopping tour. We're looking for information on this adventure. Any information would be apprciated. Like how hard is the biking? Is October a good month for riding?

We did the bike/barge in Amsterdam, and absolutely loved it. But Amsterdam is flat!!! So we're a bit nervous about the "grades".

It's different, the islands are not like Amsterdam of course, but it's funny to go around by bike.

You have not told which part of Croatia are you interested in. There are islands all along the coast.

Hopefully the poster Kefa will see this post and give you some advices..

I found only this in English:

http://www.pedala.hr/eng/route/index.html

There are marked paths on all of our islands, some of them are really not easy.

You could try googling for : tz nameoftheisland and find infos about paths.

At the moment there are French groups bucycling on island Hvar.
