I would say 4 hours in a hurry and 1/2 day with many stops for photo opportunity and breaks. Very scenic drive full of beautiful places to see.

Don't miss oysters in Ston!

The other options to get from place to place would be the bus and on certain days a ferry, which would be the slowest since it would stop at a couple places along the way. The drive is magnificent and the views are incredible. It might be slow sometimes though because it is a two laned coastal road with much traffic sometimes.

Oysters, of course, in Neum and not the greasy fat burek.

Weight problem Jelsa or is it something deeper? I do like the oyster although the British "native" oyster because it grows slower in the cold sea around the UK is superior.

Ps a little history lesson in the UK in the eighteen hundreds oysters were classed as peasant food.

PPs Have you tried Prstaci, they are very good.
