Central and southern Dalmatia

Friend and I are traveling for a week, mostly in central and southern dalmatia (Hvar, split/trogir, Dubrovnik, islands and montenegro) and we want to spend a night or two somewhere like a farmhouse or at a winery...not fancy but just staying with the local culture and produce...

any suggestions?

Go to tourist office and ask if they have anything available. I am sure they can help.

If you use a car, go to Agroturizam Kalpic in village Radonici near Konjevrate near Skradin near Slapovi Krke near Sibenik... which are all beauties dalmatian' landmarks near Split. The best wine- and farmhouses are in Istria (north), but good makers of wine are on Hvar (Zavala, Ivan Dolac...) and in many places of Peljesac - I don't know for farms
