Popoyo vs SJDS

Looking a some the properties at Popoyo. Just want to

chill and relax. Any thoughts about this beach area vs the more touristy SDJS? Also how hard would it be to get to SJDS for a day?

Crazy weekends and holidays, no surfing and decent area to relax more places to eat, that´s SJDS, Popoyo so far is the best destination for surfing in Nicaragua and more of a relax beach if there are no surfers around i think in the future will be a exellent spot and will be more pricy, this is still the time to invest in your future here in nicaragua, btw popoyo is about hour and a half away from SJDS, get from popoyo to the panamerican highway and then to rivas, past rivas and tur at the roundabout to SJDS. 2 hours top in Rainy season if the the road from popoyo to the panam highway is muddy

just to follow up on Byron's response, as the crow flies Popoyo to SJdS isn''t very far, but the road takes you inland then through the town of Rivas and back towards the ocean since the long-promised "Costanera" coast highway is still only a dream. Good luck in property hunting. Hopefully you've read up on the does and don'ts of buying property in Nicaragua? If not you should!
