Iguana Bar in San Juan del Sur? haha just kidding...

On most any beach you will see pigs, goats, horses and cows wandering about...

Since you likely refer to wild animals; most of the more forested beach areas like Maderas/Marsella near SJdS, Pie de Gigante in Tola, Rivas, Chacocente near El Astillero, and south of SJdS like Playa Coco and Ostional all have monkey and sea turtle possibilities, depending on time of year and other local factors.

also a boat trip on Juan Venado mangrove close to Leon on las peñitas is also another great area to spot animals.

You can see a lot wild life between water birds, crabs, turtles in Isla Juan Venado which is a Mangrove Aerea

close to Leon around 30 mins away, is a wildlife reserve.

Another good options are: ( watching turtle)

another place is the mangrove area in estero real which close to the cosiguina Volcano .there is new area with a lot beauty there you can see diferent species of wetland bird in a virgen mangrove near by there is a organic shrimp farm.

adding to that you can visit the hawkbill turtle project in Padre Ramos Natural Reserve .which near by .
