Panama All-Inclusives

We're looking for an All Inclusive in Panama and confused about where to stay - in the city or on the Ocean? Anyone had good experiences with All Inc. there? Going late Nov from Toronto. We do want to see the canal while there

Are there any all-inclusives in the city ?

There are some close to the city - but you have to go further if you want one with a beach.

What else do you want to do - will you want to visit other things in the city ?

There would be no reason to stay in an AI in PC, so many choices for food and drinks, lots of great resturant choices - you dont want to spend the entire time eating at a Hard Rock Cafe.

the AI's out tiwards Playa Blanca are different, no where else decent to eat.

The Hard Rock does offer some all-inclusive packages (limited menu) but most of its rates are not all-inclusive. I don't know how many people stay there as an all-inclusive. I suppose those packages are good if you want to split your time between the hotel pool and the casino. Are you thinking of spending most of your time in the hotel ?

As CDY says, I can understand going AI if you want to go to a beach.

The Westin is the other side of the canal, isn't it ? Neither in the city nor on a good beach ?
