Hotwire question

I just finished reading the Temple game hotel post. We also have tickets to that game and I am looking at Hotwire that has a 3.5 star hotel location Annapolis but it also says it is 15 miles from BWI. Does anyone have any idea what this hotel is? We live in Northern Virginia and plan to drive to Annapolis Saturday AM and spend the night drive home Sunday afternoon. Glad Annapolis doesn't require two night minimum for football week-end since we need to be home for Halloween!!!!! :)

Sorry about the lack of a response! This just isn't ringing a bell with me - I don't think any hotel within the Annapolis Zip code(s) would be within 15 miles of BWI. ANybody else?

Are you sure you're not misreading what Hotwire is presenting? When I ran a search, the 3.5* that was returned is in the BWI area, 15 miles from Annapolis, not the other way around.

Go to betterbidding.com and search for annapolis md. They have the tips from folks who bid and what criteria you need to give in order to get the best place. Remember though that Hotwire tends to pad their star value. A 3.5 usually is a 2.5 so that could be a budget hotel. Priceline star value is more accurate. This site covers both and you might get swayed to use Priceline.
