tej marhaba

Hi there.

Me and my partner are going to the tej marhaba 22nd sept for two weeks.

I need some reassurance as the reviews are terrible and I am in mixed minds as to cancel or go a head

It's my first time going to tunisia and have been so excited in going up until reviews have started to get worse!

Anyone have any advice?

We are Al inc what is the food/drink like?

what is in and around the hotel?

is there much to do outside of hotel?

I Would be greatful to get some reassurance to put my mind at ease from all the terrible reviews!

thankyou sara x

Hi. As I told you in my other post I'm in the hotel now.

Is there a reason you believe the bad reviews more then the good ones.

I had a lovely week. Food is very good. Lots of vegetables every evening. On this moment the hotel is full so sometimes a bit busy at dinner or breakfast, but nothing horrible.

I never saw guests that found no clean table to sit down in the area where I sat. Our waiter brought the drinks out in the way they were ordered. So if I ordered and the AI at the table also we got our drinks at same moment.

I like it here and I come back in November.

I have been here 14days and its fine. Yes hotel is busy. Im fussy but have always eaten. Shops outside hotel sell whatever you need. Port is short taxi ride away if you want to explore a bit. Catamaran trip is great I do it every year. Enjoy your holiday. x

Nice you are enjoying it. Slept very well - even with window open - on 5th floor on the road side.

ps - Tunisia is not a 3th world country and they sell air fresheners in the supermarket - saves on weight in your luggage ;-)

Maenan. Make sure you close the curtains of the road-facing rooms, as you can see straight into them from the 6the Floor of the Kaiser Hotel (opposite)!
