Weather Haze late August - booking Burj Khalifa?

We are looking at booking the observation deck at the Burj Khalifa for 6.00pm on 22 August.

It is a lot cheaper to book in advance, a quarter of the cost, but is there likely to be haze around on this day at that time?

We are going at 6.00pm to see the city in the daylight and during sunset.

Thanks

Pam

Yes, there may be a heat haze because of the time of year. No one can tell you for sure if there will be one or not.

We are going to be in Dubai during Ramadan so Burj Khalifa does not open until 5.00pm otherwise we would have gone early morning when usually haze is not as bad.

Hmmmm to go or not to go? Certainly will not go at AED400 each for a non booked ticket. Even at AED100 for a booked ticket it is pretty pricey.

Thanks

I've been in both July and January and there has been a haze both times, so visibility was pretty poor. Its more a problem of sand/dust in the atmosphere rather than heat haze I think.
