Atlantis running routes

We like to go running outside in the mornings - does Atlantis have a running trail or is it safe to run around Palm Island more generally? Any tips for good running routes?

Thanks!

Maybe it does have a running trail - never seen one mentioned on here though so don't know for sure. It is a large property so no doubt you could run on the beach.

Here's a resort map.

You could run round the section of the Palm Island that Atlantis is on - the breakwater, which has other hotels on it

This might help to get a view

The only way to access the main Palm Island from where Atlantis is situated is by road tunnel. I have never noticed whether or not there is a pedestrian section in the tunnel but assume that you maybe don't want to run through a tunnel. The bridge you can see is for the monorail and that has no pedestrian access.

You could get a taxi to the palm trunk but you'll be running along side an 8 lane highway and various tall buildings.

The palm fronds are all private gated residence areas so you wouldn't be allowed into them by security.

You could also get a taxi to several places for a nice run but you'd have to take a taxi ride of at least 15 minutes to get to them.

There's a 3.2km running track on the Palm but you'd have to get there from Atlantis.
