Have booked afternoon tea and noted the dress code but can anyone advise if it's ok for women to wear open toed sandals

Yes women can wear sandals but men must wear closed shoes.

Women can wear open toed sandals anywhere in Dubai - I don't even own a pair of covered shoes.
