Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom and Jungle Temples

We hired a guide, Ratanak Eath, whilst in Siem Reap. The cost of the tour wasn't cheap, but our guide went above and beyond what we expected of him, including taking us to recommended restuarant in the evening and driving us back to our hostel afterwards. We booked a two day tour with him and on the first day visited some lotus flower fields, the floating villages and the market in Siem Reap. On the second day we arrived at Angkor Wat at dawn, where our guide made sure that we avoided the big crush as people raced to enter the temple complex. Following this he took us to several other areas of interest, which were often actually better than Angkor Wat, such as the Jungle Temple. Throughout our tour, he endeavoured to make sure that we saw the things that we wanted to see and although his jokes were mildly annoying he did an excellent job.

"The cost of the tour wasn't cheap" ?. so how much was it?. Many guides will recommend places to eat/take you there/take you back to your hotel afterwards but a lot depends on what you agree with him at the outset.
