I've only seen mandarin pinyin but not fookien dialect

As a normal Chinese i didn't hear there is such thing like Fujian Pinyin. I also don't think any body lving in Fujian have an idea about it.

Heh. No such thing. Pinyin by its very design is based on Mandarin pronunciation. Probably one of those situations where a regular English-Chinese character app will be more useful and leave pinyin out of it. Fujian (Min dialect) speakers still use the same Chinese characters as the rest of the country with the same meaning, even though they pronounce quite a bit differently.

If I needed to look up a word in fujian hua, what app can I use that it will also pronounce the word?
