Assuming you departure at Kunming.
Kunming- Jianshui has freq. express bus. The schedules are @30min interval 07:30~16:30, after that are 16:45, 17:15, 18:00, 19:10 and 20:30. Journey time 4 hours. Bus fare RMB78pp.
Kunming- Yuanyang (Nansha town then Xin Jie town ) are 10:20, 19:30/20:00 (sleeper). Journey time 7 hour . Bus fare RMB132pp.
Jianshui- Yuanyang (Nansha) has freq. bus from 07:15~ 18:40 @20min interval daily. Journey time 2.50 hours. Bus fare RMB32pp.
Yuanyang (Nansha)- Duoyishui Village:
You need by local bus from Nansha to Xin Jie then to Duoyishui Village.
Nansha to Xin Jie loop: The schedules are @30min interval. Journey time 1 hour. Bus fare RMB3~5pp.
Xin Jie- Duoyishui Village departure at 07:30 @1 hour interval. Bus fare RMB5pp
Duoyishui Village- Xin Jie: last schedule around 18:00.
At Xin Jie, you can back to Kunming directly. The schedules are 09:05, 16:00 and 18:30. Journey time 7 hours. Bus fare RMB132pp.
There are some Jianshui-Yuanyang Xinjie buses. These will stop at Nansha for several minutes before continuing on, and are preferable over the Jianshui-Yuanyang Nansha buses, which will require you to switch to another vehicle. Also note that some of the Jianshui-Yuanyang (either location) will take the old road which is paved but fairly bumpy, and winding. Other buses will take the newer route via Gejiu which is longer in km but easier on the butt. From experience, either way takes about 3.5 hours from Xinjie-Jianshui.
If you want to catch the sunrise at Duoyishu, then you will either need to stay the night out there on the terraces, or if staying in Xinjie, arrange a private car/taxi to pick you up before dawn and take you out there. Public minibuses don't start running until later.
Yuanyang Xinjie to Kunming direct bus (with stops in Nansha and Jianshui to drop/pick up people) has only the one day bus at 09:05 or thereabouts and gets to Kunming around 16:00. The late afternoon/early evening buses are sleeper buses, which I don't recommend. Particularly if you want the day bus, try to buy your ticket the day before. It often goes out full up.
