Harrah's finally gets Wizard of Oz machines

Went down Saturday for an overnite stay and was very pleased to find the Wizard of Oz machines. They were probably the only machines that had people playing and people waiting to play. I finally got a chance to play around 11:30 p.m. when two people were just leaving. I was with my sister and we both sat down. By about 4:30 am, after losing my shirt, I realized it was time for me to throw in the towel. My sister, on the other hand, hit her machine 5 times (600,600,350,250,300) for over $2,000.00 all with the bonus Glinda. I guess I picked the wrong seat. Had a great time though, I love that machine.

Casino was really not crowded for a Saturday nite, but there were the drinking loud 21 year olds going in and out of the "Pool Party". I should have known it would be empty because there was no traffic on the roads going down. Left early Sunday morning because I had an early party to attend. Had a great time even though I donated plenty.

I love the Wizard of Oz machines..only played them at Caesars so far, but will try Harrahs! Its so much fun, its hard to leave them! I've lost plenty on it, but Glenda sure can help get a BIG WIN! At Caesars, last time I was there, people were waiting and waiting to get a seat! I think the machines are also at the Hilton and Showboat.

In Harrahs, the Wizard of Oz machines replaced the Top Guns , so they are between the smaller VP bar/exit door.

Love the Wizard of Oz slots. It's a little sick though if you think about how much that movie meant to everybody and now it's a damn slot machine!

The Wizard of Oz at Caesars are nickel slots, and showboat also has penny ones, but they aren't as much fun. I think the Wizard of Oz machine brings the movie back into attention and revives it! Not that it needed much reviving..now my 7 year old grandson loves the movie, just like his 40 year old father did, and his 60 year old grandmother did..that would be me! (And I'm the only slot player in the group!)

The Wizard of Oz machines at the Borgata and Resorts were penny machines. No matter where I've seen them they've been packed. I managed to get on one at the Borgata last Sunday night, but found it ate my money too quickly so got off it after dropping a twenty in ten minutes. I did get one of those Glinda bubbles to pop up, but that was it.

I had much better luck on the Ancient Chinese Secrets at the Trop and the Borgata.

Even better luck with the Hot Hot Pennies. *G* I had two good wins this weekend with them. One at the Trop for $426 and another at Wild West for $547.

Unless they were just changed the Showboat's WoO slots are nickles not pennies.
