Free Cruise

We received a call from our host at Harrahs yesterday letting us know that if we came in on Friday, (no obligation) that both hubby and I would receive vouchers for 2 for a free cruise on Norweigan lines. We have not received a mailing on this yet and we have not gambled at Harrahs since last December.

Did anyone else get a mailing on this???? Was wondering what the details are.

Probably the same as the deal that was floating around a few months back. Do a search of the forums, if I recall there was one thread in particular that contained a lot of the details. I got the free cruise from the Hilton and it's the same offer they've had for three years on NCL - inside cabin for two, we pay for upgrades and port fees, and you get a free drink card for the ship's casino. There are limited itineraries to pick from, and you have to book within six months are cruise within 12. It's a good deal if you are flexible and would have taken a cruise anyway. The port fees, auto tips, and other expenses can add up quickly! Regardless, I've taken two of these and had a blast both times. Last year we were allowed to use it on a one-nighter out of NY, the year before we did they 8-day Mexican Riv out of CA.

Good luck,

Luv/Oz: We actually received our vouchers last year for the cruise but we had to play a certain amount during the day to get them. This one we can just come in and pick up the vouchers without any obligations. Guess Harrahs must be hurting to make this offer considering we haven't played there in over 6 months.

I just got my card in the mail. It really doesn't give you too much info about the cruise though. I also got the $100 in free slot play. They really must be desperate.

I got the cruise offer, but it was for me to come to Las Vegas and pick it up!! Too bad I cannot transfer it to Atlantic City.

We got mariied last year on one of these offers and they did a beautiful job! You get free drinks in the casino which for anyone who has been on a cruise can tell you is a plus. The casino hosts sent us wine and strawberries with a card every day. We paid $700 with port charges and taxes for two people for a beautiful suite for 4 days. If we would have went for the comp cabin it was a little under three hundred with port fees and taxes. Loved the suite well worth the money!
