Coolers on the beach & beach bar property lines

I plan on bringing a cooler with some beers in it to the beach along with my bubba keg to pour them in. How strict is the no alcohol policy enforced? (This being asked knowing that of course discretion and not acting or being stupid is applied).

Also, I have read that some of the casinos have beach bars. Am I allowed to park my chair 'in their space' or area without using the bar? I find it hard to believe that even Donald Trump can buy a section of a public beach, but I guess anything is possible.

Thanks !!

At the Hilton, the bar is separated from the beach by sand dunes. You can bring your cooler on the beach, just be discreet and keep it neat. I think you will be fine as long as you're not blatently throwing glass bottles around. The cops patrolling the beach have never stopped us or said anything about cans or coolers. I have actually seen people drinking from bottles with a huggie around the bottom, but why risk it?

Never drink beer on the beach that are not in cans. Forget about getting caught, the scary part is if one breaks. Kind of like taking bottled beer on a boat. Leave them at home with the bananas!

I've had many a beer on the beach. Just don't go crazy with it and you'll be fine!

I agree to avoid using glass on the beach. There are a too many people in bare feet. So please buy your beverages in cans for the beach
