Anyone else get a Total Rewards survey in the E-mail today?

It said it will take 15 mins, It took me 30. It was a very detailed survey asking about personal preferences, gambeling habits, how you select hotels & personal oincome questions.

I really hope it was worth it I tried to give my honest opinions.

Did anyone else get/participate in the survey???

I received it yesterday and filled it out today. It took me a while also. I've been going alot to Pennsylvania casino so I wonder if that's why they selected me. I used to go to AC at least 2 times a month, now I've only been there 2 times since the beginning of the year.

Dustygirl,

I've also been going to Foxwoods a lot lately & it occored to me also that that could be why I was targeted for the survey but I don't know how HET would know about my Foxwoods play. Also for me (living South of Boston) Foxwoods VS AC is like apples & oranges, I go to Foxwoods because it's good for a day trip or a 1 niter I can't do that in AC it's too far away for me.

The survey was about overnite, daily and vacation time. They wanted to know how important gambling, which casinos you visited in the past year and how much you put aside just for gambling. It also asked you what incentives it would take to bring you to a HET casino (ie, food and hotel comps, cash back, atomosphere, "good service", slot variets and low table limits).

Jimmychips - They wouldn't know you were at Foxwoods, but they do know that you haven't been at Harrahs. I think this survey is to let them know which casino you are leaving them for.

I got one and, like you, it took me almost 30 minutes to complete. It wasn't the usual "how was your stay" type of questionnaire. Chance for $200 free play - why not?

yeah I did it - it was not the usual survey - it was more like - how much money do you make, how much do you spend on gambling, movies, shopping, spas etc and how many casino day trips and overnight trips you make. They were definitely interested in PA and Connecticut but asked about vegas and other places too. Pretty detailed.

I got it and filled it out, I play mostly in AC, so my questions were based on AC. I think the individual surveys that you filled out were asking questions based on your previous answers. If you answered that you go to Conn casinos, the next few questions were about Conn.

I think it was a survey to fact find on what type and where we gamble
