Harrah's Buffet

We went to Harrah's yesterday for the buffet since we had a coupon for 2. Haven't been there for quite a while. I was surprised that they no longer offered the crab legs and the steaks. They said only on Fri., Sat., and Sun. When did this happen? I didn't notice since I had a coupon, but did they lower the price since they eliminated these items?

Did you notice if the line was still long getting in like before? Or did the cutback of these items reduce the wait? Haven't been to the buffet in a while, now that the crab legs are no longer available during the week, looks like I'll be crossing this off my list for now.

There was no line, but it was Monday at around 3:00. It was a coupon day so I thought that it would have been more crowded. The casino as a whole was rather empty. Was able to get all the machines I play in the old smoking section down from Club Cappucino.

No I don't think they reduced the price. Where can I get a coupon for the buffet? I've been looking all over? Thanks

It depends on your play. I usually get a coupon for 2 free buffets every week via mail (good for Monday and Thursdays).

I had coupons for 2 free lobster buffer on Mar 27 (Sunday). They won't give you lobster tickets until 12 PM. Since the Harrah's bus was leaving at 1:15 PM for the airport,, we didn't want to be rushed, so just went in 11:30 AM for regular brunch. They did have steak that morning. When we were ready to leave, saw the whole lobsters they were serving. They were all pretty big, at least over 1 lbs each, wished we had more time, so we could lobsters.

Anti that's been at least a month probably more. They purport to have added other seafood choices on weekdays. I do not believe the price changed.

I primarily go on weekends so it hasn't affected me - I still think its a great buffet.

The lobster one I went to in March. It is really good if you have a chance - you go to one station with your lobster coupon and they give you the lobster - decent size. Then look on the side between like Mongolian BBQ and salad and there will be nice men with cleavers (never thought I see cleavers as a good thing LOL) who will crack them for you.

my parents had a coupon for two free lobster buffets, they tried to go friday night, the lines were so long they were told the earliest they could be seated was 9:30 pm, but they offered them instead $50 for reflections, they went to reflections and the service was so terrible. every waiter they asked said someone else was there waiter but never saw who this person was, people who were seated after them were getting served, a hostess saw what was going on and said she would get the manager, my dad said he didnt want the manager, he just wanted a waiter LOL, the manager came over and said he would comp their dinner, so what, they already had a comp for $50. so the manager said he would comp them their new four course italian meal that they started ever since they closed polinistas, they said the food was suprisingly good, and nice portions, they wound up bringing home most of their mains.

GD - the 7* line pass is a beautiful thing on days like that! Harrahs definitely does not have crowd control or offers worked out - always seems like a mess.

Reflections can be painfully slow! Glad at least their food was good. I used to like Polistinas hope the new ones are good.

Sorry to hear this. I actually thought crab legs at Harrah’s were better than the lobsters, (and same opinion for everyone I’ve eaten there with, which are quite a few people)!

I guess another dumb decision in AC? So it goes……………..

Does anyone know if the Taj buffet still has hot & cold crab legs? They were good there last year.
