Atlantis Bahamas - Free Trip

I saw a billboard on the AC Expressway, but we passed under it so quickly I didn't get the details. It basically said if you have a premium card from any AC casino, you can get three free nights at the Atlantis on Paradise Island. I was wondering if anyone has ever looked into this. I'm a little skeptical, since I've been there and the resort is amazing but so SO expensive. I wonder if there are contingencies tied to that offer, like you have to drop 10 G's in the casino or something! I checked their website and they don't even mention this, though they provide phone numbers for AC Hosts.

TIA, LuvBreezes

Wow, thanks! That includes all the fine print I was looking for. I'm pretty sure I can swing 6 hours of rated time over a three day weekend. I just hope I can book it before the promo ends on June 30th.

We stopped into Atlantis for a few hours last year while on a cruise to the Bahamas (casino and beach were absolutely gorgeous - but sadly, it was too cold to enjoy the beach).

About three months later, I received my first offer. On the back of the offer, they list hosts and phone numbers and instruct you to call the one closest to you -- the closest host to me was in AC. I contacted one and let him know that I was Chairman at Trump and Diamond at CET. I now get room, concert, free play, tournament, special event and free companion airfare offers pretty regularly. I'm thinking about a trip next month, but haven't booked anything yet.

I believe if you speak directly with a host, you may have better results than what is listed on the billboard. Hopefully, I successfully attached the link the Atlantis hosts: www.atlantis.com/casino/getintouch.aspx.

Good luck!

I booked my trip back in January. The offer is based on the fact that you have an upgraded card, but If you call and let them actually check your play, you may qualify for an upgraded room. We have two rooms for 5 nights at the Cove - Atlantis with free food and a limo. Also, the airfare was BOGO. You do have to gamble. Can't wait!!!!

@janedoeny: The paragraph in that 7* Insider is for the Atlantis Casino and Spa in Reno, not Paradise Island, Bahamas.

Yikes, the cheapest airfare I found between now and June 30th is $450 r/t. Add in the taxes, fees, food, those six hours getting rated.....this three-day trip could cost even more than those 'free' NCL cruises they give away! I wish I'd had the time to plan better. Its odd they have Resorts Ultra and Elite cards on their list, but not the Hilton. What's with this discrimination?

Oops! I re-read the entire OP and noticed that you had already visited Atlantis' website and had the host phone numbers. Must be the ADD . . . or senility setting in!

the seven stars insider did actually also cover the atlantis offer in the bahamas:

https://docs.google.com/viewer…

(the referenced end date for the promo at that time was march 29th, but apparently the promo has been extended for bookings made by june 30th.)

the "three night" stay is completely free for ultra premium elite players (signature, seven stars, titanium, trillion), but there is, as previously noted, a play requirement for diamond level players (chairman, black label, etc.).

it doesn't work for me... apart from the fact that airfare is not included, the fine print also discloses "mandatory taxes, gratuities and service charges STARTING at $75 per day."

with qualified play, a host might be able to waive a lot of those charges and even reimburse airfare, but it's more trouble than it's worth... for me. it might be a good deal for others, depending on your own individual situation.
