I have posted reviews and comments on the forum stating my feelings about their poor customer service.
I get an email from them stating special room offer for you as the subject. So I think that maybe they are finally offering the free room I should have gotten from my last stay and actually start considering giving them a 2nd chance,
The room was not free but it was one of their breakfast in bed packages that was discounted $100. As the wife and I are planning a trip in early Nov I still consider giving them a second chance based on the $100 discount and that my wife was not with me the last time I went.
I go online to book the room and after several attempts get the message discount not available with this card #. WHAT??? I have the email and my card in front of me to make sure I was not typing in either the card # or promo code incorrectly and the same message over and over. I give up.
I refuse to call them as we all know the horror stories associated with that.
