Caesars Survey

I received a survey yesterday from CET. I wanted to address the problems with their customer service, which has become a real source of irritation.

I have been attemting to open the surveysince yesterday, only to get a message stating that this survey is temporarily down for maintenance.

Just goes to prove what I have been saying all along. Caesars customer service stinks and is getting worse..

I got the survey a few days ago and it was "down for maintenance" then, too.

Likewise! And so, as I've taken to doing with all of the CET e-mails - I deleted it.

I received a survey from CZR's earlier this week & was able to complete it. The survey was not about customer service, but asked about your visitation frequency level to casinos (AC, Philly, Md., etc.) along the mid-atlantic region. For instance, it gave the names of the casinos & asked which ones you've visited & how often, & whether you've been to them within w/I the past 3 months, 6 months, or year; the ones you frequent the most.

...and I forgot to mention, the survey asked you to check the properties you felt offered various options & how important they were to you:

i.e.: nightly entertainment, availability of good dining venues, promotions/offers, etc.

No one twists your arm to keep putting up with customer service at Caesars!

Plenty of other choices in A/C!!!

Very true #5! Unfortunately, Borgata is not located on the boardwalk. Otherwise for me, it would be a no brainer to switch. The other AC properties are mostly dives, except for Revel & Taj.

I seem to get these surveys a lot. Most of my play is at Harrah's Philly, with a few Showboat/Caesars visits in the summer. After my last weekend at Showboat, 9/6 - 9/8, I got the survey and was quite honest. When they asked why I didn't give high marks for certain things, I told them about all the broken slot machines at the Showboat, the elevators to the right of Starbucks were broken the entire time we were there, and Ballys wheelchair ramp entering the casino was disgusting! There were huge holes in the walls and the entire ceiling was falling down, some tiles were literally hanging by a thread. Then at Caesars, lots of chairs were broken so you almost sat on the floor!

Harrah's Philly is just managed so much better, IMHO. When you enter the casino, there are security guards to greet you and answer any questions. Cocktail servers are quick and friendly, and when you pick up your car at valet, they'll offer you a bottle of water for the ride home. It's the little things that sometimes make a difference. When I get the survey from Harrah's Philly, they get high marks from me. I can't believe the difference.

Because #8, most of us CET players have crawled ourselves deep into this big, black hole whereas, we can't dig ourselves out...LOL. What I most enjoy about TR's is the fact LV & AC are connected together on the same players card program; so we stick with the program because other companies are too dumb to get it.

I wonder when MGM is going to get with the program & consolidate both The Borgata & it's LV properties into one player's card program similar to that of the CET TR's card? Are they waiting for the cow to jump over the moon before taking the intiative? Then I suspect people would begin to switch if they had choices to select from among the two gaming destinations.
