Plug Sockets

Hi all,

just a quick question reegarding plug sockets in Sharm:

am i right to presume that it is the normal EU sockets (2 holes)

just need to know as i will be taking my battery charger away with me for my camera.

hey, its too prongs, wateva use usein EU its the other, i always get confused one is flat prongs and one is round prongs, i cnt tell u which one but it the other one from wat u use in Europe, hope his helps xx

Yes, you can call it that.

WE joke on the forum that it's "Fred Elliott syndrome". There was a character in a UK Series that used to say things twice to emphasise them; his character name was Fred Elliott.

The prongs that come out of the plug adapter are designed to go in the Egyptian socket & are round "poles" as opposed to the shape of UK 3 pin socket plug prongs.
