Accommodation for disabled traveller

Hi Haven't been to Sharm for some years ....

Would like to visit again - recommendations for 4/5* hotel B&B with disabled facilities and/or easy access building/room.

Hi,

We like Jolie Ville Resort & Casino in Na'ama & I have recommended that several times for people with difficulties:

tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g297555-d301… my review of Jolie Ville

tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g297555-d301… LadyJayne7

tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowTopic-g297555-i9225-k3…

Pics of the hotel:

It's all on the flat & one can request a downstairs room in the blocks.

They have golf buggies to take guests around.

I recommend *preferred* front palms or the sports area, but not front palms

Thank you Nephthys

Have read all info ...

Very interesting - although there are good reviews, there are also quite a mixture.

Would we need to always get taxi's when we go out?

Not unless you wish to go into Old Sharm (not so accomodating in some parts for people with walking difficulties, as pavements are narrow but still nice) or Soho Square or the up & coming Nabq.

The hotel can arrange a taxi for you (as all hotels can) which will be a little more than the local ones but will cut out the haggling.

Old Market, Hadaba / Ras Um Sid area.

& the new complex, Soho Square, White Knight’s Bay, Sharm (near the Savoy hotel & airport)

Haven't uploaded my Nabq pics yet but it's really a long stretch of hotels & shops, with some bars & restaurants & the main dual carriageway (Peace Rd) runs down the middle of the long stretch.

resort maps (about 40 mins end to end by taxi):

The Hilton Fayrouz maybe another option? It's next but one to JV so the same applies about not having to get a taxi & you have the prom along which to go to get into Na'ama Bay, like with JV.

Unsure how the Hilton is re: steps in the complex tho.
