Dive shops will hire them to you but can work out expensive, I would go to one of the discount sports shops here, they usually have them quite cheap.

yes I agree we always take our own but if you cant get before you go be careful as the shops in the hotels can be very expensive for what you get, more chance of bargining in local shops . Enjoy your holiday snorkloing is fantastic we love it. Sue

Hi

They sell them all over sharm pretty cheap but can't promise decent quality. If you can buy before hand at least you know they will fit ( nothing worse than if your mask leaks ) many hotels have them to use included free in the AI so wirth checking or if you go a boat trip a decent one includes them in the price ! You will love it x

Hi! were off to Nabq this Sunday and were also thinkng of buying or hiring over there but found the new Argos catalogue had a snorkell & Mask set for £9.99 so we bought 2 sets today and I must say they seem a real bargain and look excellent quality.

We bought a set abroard last year from Fuerteventura and they were more of a kids toy compared to the Argos set.

We always take our own which we bought from a proper sports shop some years ago but we had to buy an extra one for a child while we were in Sharm last year and we bought it at the supermarket in Soho Square( opposite the HSBC Bank) They had a good selection there fairly cheap and they also had a good selection of beach shoes which you may need.

The quality of the stuff there is not the best but is ok if you need something at short notice.Best to try and buy a decent one here if you can.
