i had to pay 100% for barefoot resort...with very very limited good quality accomodations available in A&N, we have to agree to their terms and conditions.. :-(

Andaman and nikobar islands has very limited option for stay.If its havelock then it has only few good standard resorts.We too had credited 1 night in advance for sea shell in havelock island.Its a common practice.Try barefoot resort too,it has better review than sea shell.
