Tanisha Guest House/Bogmallo

Hello! We are desperately seeking the "perfect" monsoon month rental for this August. Online we found a nice-looking inexpensive flat near Bogmallo beach, it is an apartment at the Tanisha Guest House. I don't know what Bogmallo area is like though--can anyone tell me what to expect from staying in this area? Is it too remote/isolated? Just want to get a feel for what the vibe is like there, facilities, etc...thank you!

Tanisha guesthouse is approx a 10 minute walk from the beach,it's owned by and English guy.

Bogmalo is a small resort near the airport, the advantage is that you are in the middle of Goa so it's not too far to travel either to north Goa or south Goa.There are a few bars/restaurants open in the monsoon.. Full moon,John's,Joets,Coconut creek and Claudis. But as it's out of season ,anywhere in Goa will be very quiet.

Very helpful, thank you. So Bogmallo is as good as any Goan beach town to spend a month? Not too isolated?
