We were there in January/ February for the 4th time. No complaints, easy check in, basic clean room. All the staff were friendly, the room boys work very hard. Breakfast can be a bit chaotic some days but I just think I'm not rushing anywhere and sit there until it calms down!

We like the location, the stroll to the beach, handy for the buses, easy to get down to Calangute or Candolim.

Would I go again? Yes definitely.

If you have any other questions PM me.

Been there several times. Its as good as any other hotel of that star rating, what we like about it is the location, its off the main road so pretty quiet, 10/15 mins stroll to a nice part of the beach, plenty of good restaurants in the area and easy to walk into the main part of Calangute. The only bad thing I have to say is that the last couple of years they have given us pretty grotty rooms, they have moved us when we kicked up a fuss but we would have expected as regular visitors to be given the better rooms not the worst.

Haven't been for a couple of years, but would have no hesitation going back. It's basic, certainly not luxurious, but fine for our needs. The location is excellent, pools are fine, and friendly staff.

Just remember a couple of things on check in - if you have booked a room with aircon, make sure you GET a room with aircon that works - it's not always consistent! You may need a remote control for it and they can forget to give it to you.

I stayed once and the rooms were at best basic. breakfast was poor but you can pop down the road and get breakfast anywhere. I guess you get what you pay for but IMHO I would not take a room without aircon. Is it a two star or 3 star?

I personally liked the Osborne and although the room can only be described as very basic, I would definitely stay there again.

Didn't bother with the breakfast, we used to go over to Zicos bar opposite the Osborne for coffee and eggs etc in the morning, I would definitely stay again and I liked the quiet position.
