I read it on bruahys 2012/13 season post. He provided a link which said the Goan government had issued some sort of ban on tobacco products. Thanks god its only restricted to restaurants.

In my defence the article that i read does state all shops, establishments and eating outlets are to not store or sell any form of tobacco products. The article was dated 26th September 2012.

I did read the whole article, but thanks for your replies

Don,t worry Sarah, just light hearted banter:), at least you will be able to buy your daily cigs, if you can spoke win they are normally around 400 rupees for a pack of 200. They are trying to stop all smoking in public places, not sure if this will fall into place, as most people will risk the fines.at a guess of 100 rupees so won,t break the bank to much :)
