Goa Visa......help

can any one help on the visa front..

What is the easiest, safest and simplest way to get our visa's.

we have been told by our travel agent to use this company they reccommend to get our visa's. My better half has been on line and found it to be a bit confusing.

we are loathed to use the campany that the travel agent recs because they where very quick off the mark. we are staying at the Dona sylvia

thank you David

David, check out this website : in.vfsglobal.co.uk

This is the official website for Indian Visas. If you go through an agency (as advised) they still have to apply to this company for your visa, by applying yourself you will save yourself an added expence.

Read through the website carefully before you start to complete it, if you require any help or advice just come on here and ask, somebody will always be here to help. Good luck.

The official company to get your visas from is VFS Global - http://in.vfsglobal.co.uk/

This guide from last year will also be helpful to you tripadvisor.co.uk/…37381055

The most important thing to do is to read the instructions carefully as requirements may change from season to season.

Then ask here if you have further questions. The visa is valid from date of issue not date of travel so don't apply too soon.

Could be a bit too early to do visa app, just incase they only issue a 3 month visa instead of 6 month, it has happened before.

oh knickers!

I've just applied this week for my visa (also going in November) thinking to avoid the mad rush not realising the visa is valid from day of issue. They do ask for date of arrival in India - don't they look at that?

What should I do? There's no phone no. in Hayes to call.

Penny, when you asked the visa question on another forum you said you were going in September? Anyway, they may not process it if you are lucky. Try 0207 811 3976.
