Karnataka state tourism developement corporation organises very efficient tours. I used them 2 years back. Get an update and if they are good use them.

What is your area of interest ? History & Culture, wildlife, a hill station, beaches or temples ?

One plan is

1. After reaching Bangalore, go directly to Mysore and spend the night there.

2. Explore Mysore on the second day and maybe even the 3rd day

3. Go to Ooty on the 3rd morning or afternoon.

4. By the 4th afternoon, you can return back to Mysore

5. You can then proceed to Bangalore or go to Belur & Halebidu. Or you can visit a few more places on your way back to bangalore (Srirangapatna, Rangananthitu etc).

You could consider flying into Coimbatore and flying out of Bangalore visiting the Nilgiris, driving past Bandipur to Mysore and ending at Bangalore. Plenty to do in the Nilgiri area for 3/4 days

Try Mysore, Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary, Bandipur Forest Area
