Hi

From a purely wildlife perspective, there's honestly no comparison. Parmbikulam is my personal choice of winner.

Hi...

Parambikulam does offer better wildlife and adventure but the tourist facilities are below par. Periyar, for that matter, is a very mature tourist destination and facilities are too good and very organised. So, my personal suggestion would be to decide based on your preferences.

Thank you everyone - I think Parambikulam has won! Now - any recommendations of the best/easiest access of where to stay and would two nights be sufficient? We are restricted to a 2 week holiday so time in each place is precious. As long as accommodation is clean we are flexible as to other standards! Thanks again.
