Udaipur is famous for a sweet called "Diljani" this is only in udaipur you can buy the sweet from JMB shop at Surajpole.

A vegetarian food ( thali) which is commen in north India. But you should try once at New Natraj restaurant.,Railway station road udaipur.

next visit try "Mawa kachori " @ Janta sweet home nayee sadak and

"makhaniya lassi" at Mishrilal ghantaghar (clock tower)

Famouse for many years . I used to see crowd @ these places since 90's in my student life .

DEAR

Restaurant Millets of mewar serves some unique & unusal dishes so give a try . SOYATA (mutton cooked with corn ) is a speacality of Ambari restaurant in udaipur .It is a mewari dish .
