The 3 destinations can be covered in 10 days. Kolkata 2D > overnight train to NJP/or flight to Bagdogra > Gangtok 2D > Pelling 3D > Darjeeling 2D > Return journey. Nathula should be avoided in August.

S/S : Kolkata : Victoria Memorial, Howrah Bridge, Heritage buildings in Dalhousie Square, Rabindranath Tagore's birth place at Jorasanko, Indian Museum, Science City, Belur Math, St Pauls Cathedral, Zoo etc.

S/S : Darjeeling - Tiger Hill, Ghoom Monastery, Toy Train ride, Ropeway ride, Peace Pagoda, Zoo, HMI, Tea Garden.

S/S Gangtok - Lingdum Monastery, Rumtek Monastery, Nehru Botanical Garden, Orchid Sanctuary, Enchey Monastery, Ganesh Tok, Ban Jhakri Falls, Ropeway, Namgyal Institute Of Tibetology, Tashi View Point.

S/S Pelling - Rimbi Waterfalls, Kanchenjunga Water Falls, Khecheopalri Lake. Pemayangtse Monastery, Rubduntse Palace Ruins.

Inclusion of Bhutan in the itinerary by replacing Kolkata would not be worthwhile.

Hi

I too think Bhutan should not be mixed up with this tour. If you want to go to Bhutan then plan a separate trip for it. Paro and Thimpu are very beautiful and very relaxing place.

So stick to your plan for Kolkata, Gangtok, Darjeeling.

Cheers

Asishda and Sanchit both are right. Don't mix up Bhutan with your plan . avoid Nathula at August. I just add one thing instead of 3 night at gangtok you spend 2 night gangtok and one night Ravangla / Namchi.

Mr.Roy

Many Thanks for all your help in our vacation planning.

Kindly advise as to which place should be given more priority-Gangtok or Pelling (based upon the tourist attractions in and around the place )

Regards

Pelling have more sights than Gangtok. You can visit Yuksom, Kaluk, Rabangla en-route or from Pelling, apart from local sights.
