You can hire an auto for Varanasi s/s and hire a cab for D2. I would suggest for any hotel close to Gowdhulia or Daswasmedh Ghat, To get the flavour of Varanasi. Station is far off from the main action area. If you stay nearby the station, you have to come down to this place for all activities. However, may think of Hotel Lara on Daswasamedh Road.
