silver smith class

Can anyone suggest a professional and reputable class that would be fun for a family of 4?. Our kids are 16 and 18. I have read some reviews here but they are hit and miss. Also, what is the price and time like for this experience?

I know they do a class at Topi Inn in Padang Bai which has brilliant results, very professional looking finish to the items.

Studio Perak on Jl Hanoman run silver smith courses, it's fairly centrally located. It's a half day course, and you can make a ring or pendant. Cost I believe is 150000Rp.

In 2008 my girlfriends and I went to Studio Perak on Jalan Hanoman and did their half day course and it was fantastic. To this day I still wear the ring I made and I still get compliments!!!! The staff were great and I highly recommend it.

Just got back from Bali so haven't had time to put up any reviews but i will be posting a favorable one on Chez Monique

It is run by Wayan Sunarta who also owns a jewelry store on Dewa Sita

it was a fantastic experience. You go to his family compound and he helps you design your piece and assists you with the making of it.

The cost is 400,000 which includes 10gms of silver for your piece
