LOCAVORE at Jalan Dewi Sita. I love the interiors, the food is fantastic and prices are reasonable. Servings are teeny so the tasting menu is recommended.

JENDELA at Sri Widari. Loves the interiors as well, food is good and prices are a bit on the high side. But worth a visit.

New warung in Jalan Gootama. Cook is from Cinta Grill and Siam Sally. Nice and cheap. It is across Ohlala shop. Forgot the name.

I usually have to have at least one meal at Taco Casa, great Mexican. Also Alchemy for a huge raw salad

I rarely see Ibu Rai mentioned here, but they have great food and great service at relatively low prices. Their location is convenient if you're a walker (a shop or two north of the soccer field on Monkey Forrest Rd). The only thing it really lacks is a view and AC.

We have been to Bridges our last two visits and really enjoyed it and have Taksu on the list for next time (more casual though). Melting Wok was casual and cheap but the food very good also.

My favourite for wonderful organic, reasonably priced Indonesian food is Warung Pulau Kelapa - a visit to the gardens behind is a must do too! http://pulaukelapa.webs.com/aboutus.htm

Minami - fabulous Japanese food in the same road as the above mentioned restaurant.

Don't forget Mozaic for an unforgettable, more expensive option.

We went to several of the new ones last visit but have to admit the meal we enjoyed most was at tried and tested 3 Monkeys. If you havn't been, give it a go. Still enjoy trying the new ones though :-)
