Ujamaa Hostel

Hi all

I really want to stay at Ujamaa Hostel in Jan/Feb next year whilst volunteering but I'm finding it really difficult to get in contact with them. I have sent emails and tried to call but no luck.

Does anyone have any ideas or been in contact with them recently?

Many thanks

The owners have recently had a baby.. and I know that they are busy. But here are a few ways to contact them:

Carley: +255 763 830 608

If you have still not had any contact. Donot get worried as there is also power rationing in Tz at the moment as well.

The above are quiet good friends with Ujamaa.

Thanks very much for the response. I have now heard from the hostel and it is all sorted. Looking forward very much to staying at the hostel!

PS I was a bit too hasty in this post. I forgot about power-rationing in Africa etc and was worried that I would miss out on staying there.

No probs.. It is a very hard thing to explain about the tenesco (electricity). Just take it as it comes.. and if it is not there.. Go have a warm beer :)

Tell them I said a big hello.
