Random question.

Hi,

We are arriving in khao lak at the beginning of May. Staying at the sands. I train Muay Thai in Australia and need a mouth guard. Does anybody know if the dentists in Thailand fit mouth guards. It is a very one off question but can anyone help.

Regards

Don't know about dentists but perhaps one of the reasons you are coming to Khao Lak is because of the new Rawai Muay Thai Camp here. I'm sure if you contact them they will advise accordingly - see http://www.rawaimuaythai.com/khaolakgym/

Why don't you see a dental technician at home and have one made before you go? Saves worrying about it once you get there.

P.S cheaper to see a technician (who actually makes the mouthguard) rather than a dentist...who will charge you top dollar

I have had two made in Australia over the years at my dentist but I need a new fitting. It's expensive to have them made over here but knew it would be much cheaper in Thailand. Can look into it more once I'm over there.

Thank you both for the replys.
