There's no Khao Lak 'town', so regretfully there's no hotel near to it. 555.

With due respect to Malcolm R, Bang La On, the largest of the two main townships in Khao Lak, the other being Bang Niang, 10 minutes north up the highway, is often referred to, even by locals, as Khao Lak Town, sometimes even Khao Lak City or mainly just Khao Lak. Most of the accommodation in Khao Lak, which doesn't exist as an officially recognised area, is located in or near these two townships with others in more secluded beach locations.

You can see a comprehensive list of accommodation by location at www.seadragondivecenter.com/accommodation.htm and maps of those locations at tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowTopic-g297914-i10908-k…

If you are looking for accommodation anywhere in Khao Lak it would help if you indicated when you are thinking of going, what type of accommodation, what standard, near beach and/or near restaurants, shops and bars and, most importantly, your budget. This will help narrow down suitable suggestions for you.
