Oh wow - just so many :)

Hua Hin is rightly famous for its food it is a main reason many residents in Bangkok go down . You will find street stalls, lots of food in the night market, also the over the water restaurants at the Waterfront towards the fishing pier. The seafood is particularly good.

There are also restaurants offering lots of other cuirinses.

There are so many restaurants. Our choice was made simply by walking by, looking at the menu and wandering in. The pier restaurant offer some fabulous seafood.

We always say that if you eat in a different restaurant every night for 5 years you will never eat at them all.

Perhaps it is longer than that. There are many reviews. I suggest you look through them and take your pick.

Here is the TA list, but be aware this is just a small selection.

Our restaurant experiences in Hua Hin was unfortunately not so positive. We have eaten in several restaurants which have also partly very high ranking in TA and we were not only disappointed , my husband was seriously poisoned. We had good experience at SalaThai in Centara (after paying big bill for a third class French kitchen & being poisened in another sea restaurant, we just ate at the hotel!) & Carlo across Centara. He buys the food himself & partly cooks himself. Top quality. If you like, you can send me a mail and I can write you which ones you should avoid!

Greatest thing about Hua Hin is the fantastic choice of restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets. Have no fear you will be absolutely spoilt for choice.

Go to the night market, lots of fresh seafood, cheaper than the pier restaurants, although not as pretty. There are lots of little places doing fried chicken at the side of the road too. We are going in 2 weeks and I cannot wait. If you get a chance to go to Cha-am, there are roadside/open air restaurants that do BBQ'd pork, it is the nicest thing I've ever tasted in my life! Mmmmmmm
