There will be a plethora of taxi's in Hua Hin to get you to Dolphin Bay, so have no fear. If you do not make arrangements before you travel, then just negotiate with a couple of drivers as soon as you get off the bus.

Failing that have you made contact with the resort you are staying at to see if they can make arrangements for you? Perhaps you are not staying there....day trip?

Exactly as #1 has said, you will find car+drivers ( like taxi ) and they can take you or the place you are staying may arrange but compare the price, forget bus as would not work for you and simply not worth it.

I would guess about THB 500 for taxi/car+driver

If you are staying at the a Hotel/Resort.....I presume that is what you are saying? Then they will be able to make the necessary arrangements for the return journey.

Dolphin Bay is quiet but the hotels / resorts / accommodations will easily arrange for your transport to the bus staion in Hua hin, do allow plenty of time.

Dolphin Bay is great for visiting Sam Roi Yot national Park, it is a lovely area and we stay not far from there ( as we are at this moment ) :)

That is a very good question! You need to carry out a little research yourself because it all depends on the individual's taste

One picturesque place in my view is a must to visit. It is called the Tham Phraya Nakhon Cave that has a Pavilion erected in it. It is too beautiful to describe here and I could not give it justice. You need a good pair of trainers to visit it because you climb a steep mountain side to get to it.

If you are very lucky you might see the very rare monkeys that live in the trees.
