Holiday Inn why is it all so d##m dificult

Hi - my problem is I have booked for myself and my 21,16 and 12 year old 2 x Busakorn rooms for January 2012. Now my 21 year old daughter wants to bring a friend. I have read through some posts on here and thought I could put them in other wing as I thought - reading onTrip Advisor forums that the Holiday Inn child age limit is 12. Well after talking to my travel agent (who was not that impressed from information I read from TA) she says that the child has to be under 12. My 21 yr old daughter has kindly offered to give up staying at the HI to be able to have her friend - nice of her !

I am thinking I will try contacting or booking HI directly myself or find somewhere else that is central... Any suggestions very much appreciated.

I don't see an issue here.. let's say you and the 16 yo stayed in the one room with the 12 year old, that's 2 adults and one kid, and two 21 year olds stay in the other room as two adults. So you just need to add a child to one of the rooms?

Yes the only problem is there is no way the 16 year old will want to sleep with me. I go to bed a lot earlier she would see it as a form of torture.
