I can't find many reviews online
Hi Paul, I've visited the magic smile dentist in Antalya and am extremely impressed. I've had 6 implants in my top jaw and rwo in my bottom jaw. I spent the first day of the holiday in the dentists chair but the next day I was fine with no pain. I also had bone grafts and a sinus lift. If you Google their website I appear as one of the first video reviewers and can't wait to go back in November for everything to be finished. Hope that helps. Mike
I needed a dentist, I found one quite by accident and am so pleased well as much as you are with dentists! They speak English, German, French, Russian and Turkish! Very very friendly and professional. The check up, panoramic ray, specialist consultation was free. They will deal with emergencies or will answer any questions you have. As well as 'normal' denistry they offer various cosmetic procedures. Their web site https://www.healthtourismantalya.com
My girlfriend was going to go to them but I am a software engineer and made sure to do some research online before she booked. They claim to have been 'Visited by over 3000 satisfied UK dental patients since 2007' yet they only have recent reviews (and not very many at that) and the domain name itself was only bought in February this year, with the website uploaded at the end of May 2017 (ten years later!) All information about every website domain is available for free online: https:/…magicsmileturkey.com They also claim to be 'Recognized by leading International, EU and UK dental associations'. These leading organisations do no recognise any clinics in Turkey. Only the Turkish Dental Association can recognise a clinic in Turkey we checked. There are many other sweeping statements and red flags. Some of the photos they use were copied from google. The magic smile youtube channel was only created 10 months ago with very limited reviews and people talk about free treatments (it looks desperate and unprofessional, no clinic gives out free treatment if the work is quality). It also looks like they paid for Instagram likes as they increased overnight from 17 followers to over 3,000. That is why the photos don't get a lot of likes and comments. The attached link actually shows they loose followers every day: https:/…magicsmileturkey I could go on and on but I am afraid all you need to do is take a look at the information available online to see something is dodgy and the information is false.
Thanks Kevin that's so useful and hopefully helps people make an informed decision.
There are some excellent dentists in Antalya and Turkey. There are quite a few rules they have to abide by. Mine told me he can't actually have any signage in other languages on the outside of the clinic and they must use the official/aporoved logo.
Depending what you want done you'd be as well to ask around on the expat type groups and forums. Far more likely to get a true personal recommendation and I'm guessing a cheaper bill at the end.
Prices can fluctuate and vary as a lot of the implants etc come from Europe and the lira rate hasn't been in the buyer's favour recently :o(
Hi, I visited this clinic a few weeks ago along with another further down the road, I had a free 3D scan and check up. They they gave me an Itemised bill and breakdown of costs if I decided to proceed with work.Although I drove myself to the clinic whilst I was there the place was full of English health tourists, mostly staying in a local hotel and being transferred to & fro the clinic each day. Several were the finished article when I was there and all but one was happy with the work done and the price paid. Now I know what I require I will seriously consider a dentist in Antalya in the future

To be honest to find a good dentist to have work done while you are on holiday you would be better off joining an ex pat forum or Facebook page and ask for recommendations from people living here. Most local dentists will do the work for a lot less than the health tourism places. OK without all the bells and whistles but a good job.
No never heard of it but the Dental clinic is absolutely fantastic I have had my veneers done there on Boxing Day. Great place.
