Antalya

We're thinking of Antalya for a week's holiday end March/early April, and would like a hotel ideally with swimming pool (it'll probably be too cold for sea-bathing?) in or close to the city centre, with transport links to places of interest. We'd prefer a nice, smaller hotel rather than a self-contained ginormous complex. Any helpful advice will be most gratefully received. Many thanks - Poppy1138

Talya Divan Hotel **** close to the city centre of Antalya.

It's not an all inclusive (breakfast or half board).

On a tight budget ? Karyatit Otel in Kaleici (old historic Antalya city centre).

Both hotels are very different but everything is literally

on walking distance: the park, shoppingstreet, harbour, restaurants, busstop, taxiparking, tramway to Konyaalti Beach...

Hi dany-de: thanks so much for your recommendation, which we are checking out. Tad concerned about the mixed reviews on the Divan, but we want to be close to shops, restaurants, transport etc, so this seems like a good place.

All best

Poppy

Thanks for that Aykut - that's really kind, and we'll investigate, as we still haven't made up our minds on the hotel.
