As regular visitors to Kalkan we always go to a selection of restaurants but must says one is in our opinion leagues ahead of the rest. TRIO run by three lovely Turkish guys. The cocktails are the real thing and served with a certain panache. The chef know just how to cook a blue steak....if that's your preference, but can get other degrees of cooking just right.And the steaks just melt in your m It would certainly compare favourably with any restaurant elsewhere in the world. It's not the cheapest but as they say 'you get what you pay for!' Definately worth a visit!
