Cappadocia in December

Hi, could anyone give me any suggestion about what sort of winter gear I should carry while travelling to cappadocia around Christmas?

Also, what are the best walks possible in that region in winter?

Whatever you would wear in the UK in winter is what you need here, especially in Cappadocia. So that is;warm waterproof coat and footwear(boots),sweaters, thick socks, hat gloves etc.

It is currently -10oC at night around there so warm jim-jams and bed socks would be good too :) Make sure your hotel has a good heating system!

Which valleys are safe for walking will depend on the amount of snow in each.Main roads are usually kept pretty clear and well gritted but small lanes could be closed or difficult.Rather than planning this now it will be better to wait until you arrive and speak to your hotel about local conditions.Hotel staff are always very helpful with route suggestions and will know how good or bad particular routes are at that time.

Cappadocia looks sooo pretty under snow, have a great time!
